Final — The purpose of the website is to explain the what, why, who, and how of the SensingChange project in an academic tone, while avoiding technical or scientific jargon that might overwhelm less-informed audiences.
Notable Design Considerations
Designed to be equally accessible and visually consistent across phone, tablet, and laptop resolutions.
Hovering (laptop) or tapping (tablet & phone) team-member photos reveals links to their personal pages.
Fixed navigation bar which highlights which section the user is currently viewing.
Same visual language for navigation bar used for News & Events navigation (available only on laptop and tablet resolutions).
Clicking or tapping images opens full screen modal view (initially implemented to increase readability of diagrams on smaller screen sizes, later decision was made to keep it consistent across all images).
