The Gazette is a Caribbean news aggregator and storytelling platform that brings local journalism, culture, and community updates together in one mobile experience.
During my AXXS Digital internship, I designed three features for the app: a mobile-optimised author page for on-the-go reading and discovery; a daily digest of the most relevant news from the past 24 hours; and a daily word game meant to increase organic opens by giving users a reason to launch the app beyond push notifications.
